Do I need Pilates or yoga experience to try Reformer?

No. Our Reformer classes are designed for all levels. Your instructor will walk you through how to set up the machine, adjust the springs, and move safely. You’ll always have options to dial the intensity up or down.
What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing you can move in — think leggings or fitted shorts and a top that won’t ride up. For safety and stability, grip socks are required on the reformer. If you forget yours, we’ve got pairs available at the studio.
Is the room hot?

No — the Reformer studio is not heated. You’ll build warmth naturally as we move, engage the core, and work through controlled, intentional sequences. Most people describe the class as warm, focused, and energizing without feeling overheated.
How many people are in a Reformer class?

Class sizes are intentionally small so your instructor can offer personalized coaching, form checks, and support. You’ll never feel lost in the crowd.
Can I do Reformer if I have an injury or sensitivity?

Many people find reformer helpful for building strength around joints and improving stability — but every body is different.
