In this beginner-friendly hot power yoga class, we'll take you through a creative sequence designed to introduce you to the basics of power yoga in a fun and approachable way. Immerse yourself in PLAYLIST FLOW, our all-levels hot class designed to amp up your yoga game. This ain't your average flow—it's a creative sequence with dynamic and fluid transitions that defy the norm. With each round, the sequence evolves, layering on challenge and depth. By the third round, you'll be on a first-name basis with the moves, ready to ditch the script and lose yourself in the music. Brace yourself for a mat experience that's not just transformative but downright revolutionary!

In this Yin Yoga class, we invite you to surrender to the stillness, embracing longer holds and gentle stretches that target the connective tissues of your body. PLAYLIST Rewind is not just a class; it's an invitation to reconnect with your inner self and find balance amidst the chaos.

IA high-energy fusion of yoga, barre, Pilates, and HIIT—all set to the beat. This full-body workout builds strength, balance, and agility while keeping your heart rate high and your vibe even higher. PLAYLIST Remix will give you a well-rounded, full-body workout that incorporates balance, agility, and strength while keeping your heart rate pumping. Embrace the mix and watch your strength unfold.

Heated 80-85 degrees, no humidity. 60 minutes

PLAYLIST Hot Sculpt

IHot sculpt is your go-to for a full-body workout that delivers. We’ll kick things off with a dynamic warm-up, then dive into Pilates-inspired sculpt moves using light weights, high reps, and controlled tempo to tone every muscle. Expect mat work, core fire, and a sculpt flow that moves to the beat—so you’re always in rhythm and always in motion.

Slow Flow
