If you signed up for our monthly membership and need to suspend or cancel your account, we require 30 day notice and written email to contact@playlist-yoga.com

All unlimited memberships will automatically renew at the end of their terms.


If you need to cancel a reservation or waitlist, please do so at least 4 hours prior to class. If you cancel your reservation after the 4 hour window, or "no show" to a class, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee even if you are on the waitlist. Please know if you are automatically moved from waitlist to roster and you late cancel, you are still subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Our studio is equipped with infrared heat panels that help increase flexibility and detoxification, while the humidifier maintains moisture in the air, allowing you to breathe easier and sweat more effectively during your practice.

  • At PLAYLIST YOGA, we offer a variety of heated classes, including:

    • Hot Power: A dynamic and challenging flow.

    • Playlist Flow: Vinyasa-based classes that keep you moving.

    • Intro to Power: Perfect for beginners or those wanting to take it slower.

    • Remix: A fusion class combining mat pilates, cardio, strength, and yoga.

    • Rewind: A relaxing yin-style class focused on full-body relaxation.
      The studio is open during class times, so check the schedule! We encourage pre-registration since classes can fill up, but walk-ins are welcome as long as there’s space.

  • Our power class is the hottest, reaching up to 98 degrees, while our flow and intro classes range from 85-90 degrees. The Rewind class is gently warmed for a more relaxed experience.

  • Bring your mat if you have one (rentals are available at the studio), along with a water bottle to stay hydrated. Wear comfy clothes that you feel good moving in, and be prepared to sweat! We provide sweat towels and blocks, but feel free to bring any props you love using. While we welcome all levels, beginners are encouraged to start with our Intro class, especially if you’re new to hot yoga.

  • Parking at PLAYLIST YOGA is a breeze! You can find parking behind the studio off Cooper Road and Shelly Lane. There’s also street parking available and a garage just across the street for your convenience.

    Feel free to enter the studio from either the front or back door—whatever’s closest to your parking spot works! We can’t wait to see you in class!

  • Absolutely! Our private sessions are perfect for newcomers wanting to learn the ropes or for those looking to advance their practice with specific goals in mind. We also offer private parties where you can enjoy a class with friends or family, and our space is available for rental for your next event or celebration!

  • We have showers equipped with shampoo, towels, and hair dryers, along with lockers for your belongings. Enjoy our lounge area before or after class, and help yourself to complimentary tea and coffee. Rentals for mats and towels are available, and we have a water bottle fill station to keep you hydrated.

  • We offer unlimited and limited memberships, drop-in rates, and class packs. Our 12-month unlimited membership offers the best value per class. We recommend starting with our 14-day trial to fully experience what we offer, and you’ll receive membership deals towards the end of your trial! Discounts are available for teachers, students, and veterans—just ask!

  • Yes! You can use your HSA/FSA to pay for your membership. We’ve partnered with Dr. B, who can provide a letter of medical necessity for just $15 to ensure your HSA covers the cost. For more information, click here to visit the Dr. B PLAYLIST site.

  • We offer discounts for teachers, students, and veterans. Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you apply your discount! Proof of student status is required to receive the discount.

  • Check out our training page for specific details on upcoming dates and costs. While we recommend having 1-2 years of movement experience or yoga practice before joining, everyone is welcome! No prior teaching experience is necessary, and even if you don’t want to teach, this training is a fantastic way to enhance your personal practice. Our 200-Hour program offers Yoga Alliance certification, and our continuing education courses are also recognized.

  • We clean the hot room after every class, sanitize all props and towels, and conduct deep cleaning each week. If you have an injury or health concern, please inform your teacher before class and listen to your body—you're the expert on what feels right! Our instructors will provide modifications to support your practice.

  • Absolutely! We host workshops focusing on various skills and experiences, and we love to support our community with get-togethers, happy hour classes, and celebrations. Our studio aims to be your second family and home away from home. Grab a cup of tea or coffee before class, and get to know the PLAYLIST community! We’re always open to your ideas too!
