Before You Roll Out Your Mat:

Bring a mat and a water bottle! We offer sweat towels free of charge and have mats to rent if you forget yours.

Absolutely! We offer all levels. If you are new to hot yoga start with a flow class to ease in to the heat!

All you need are comfy clothes that allow you to move! You don’t need anything fancy and most people move in shorts or leggings and an athletic top.

Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early so you can see the space, grab your props and find the perfect spot in the yoga room! If you choose to drive: parking is free in the lot behind the studio!
